I have used an add-on product called bells and whistles to create Outlook templates. It has worked great for me for the last five or six years and I've created many standard templates. I have had the following issue since upgrading to 2010 I have had the following issue. When sending a template the images are stripped out of the e-mail. I have worked with the bells and whistles support team but they have been unable to resolve this issue. The program works fine using Oulook 2003 or 2007. I am wondering if this issue can be addressed by Outlook support?
