I have a Microsoft keyboard elite for Bluetooth model 1002and it has stopped working. The computer recognizes it but when I go to press the keys on the keyboard still nothing. I have password protected my account on my computer so I can't log in there as the administrator and I cannot make any changes on any of the other accounts.
