As far as we can tell this setup for Citrix did not use Secure Gateway or the SSL Relay as enabling the Secure Gateway turns off IIS which turns off the website and the SSL Relay doesn't result in any changes regardless of if it is turned on or off. We have confirmed that the SSL cert is bound to the address in IIS but we haven't been able to find what is causing it to deny the connections.

We are able to telnet into the ports and confirmed that the ports are open via the Firewall while we are determining what the issue is. This environment only uses a single VM server for all of the Citrix configuration. No other servers appear to interact with it from what we are seeing. • We tried using Citrix Scout but it didn't give us any errors and only had suggestinos about uninstalling Adobe Flash due to it being outdated. • We have tried enabling the SSL relay and configuring the Secure Gateway just in case but they also don't result in any progress.

Enabling the Secure Gateway disables the apps and gives us an error that the Apps are not available. The SSL relay makes no difference if it is enabled or disabled. • We also ran Windows updates and have rebooted the server a few times since just to cover as many bases as we could. • In addition we tried removing the Citrix Receiver on local machines and then rebooting before reinstalling the Citrix Receiver and still had no solutions. • We tried changing the gateway access in Web Interface to different types as well as changing the port binding in IIS as we have seen mentioned previously.

We would appreciate any help that anyone could provide for this issue. Edit: It looks like the issue might be related to an outdated version of netsslsdk.dll which is only available through Citrix Support unless someone has a copy of version 12.1.0.23539.
