Your current crank likely has a 30mm spindle whereas Shimano HollowTechII is always 24mm, so that is why you would need a different bottom bracket. This is a bit concerning.

It just says 'press fit 86mm', not specifically BB86. The separate tech guide says BB386 for disc brake models and BB86 for rim brake. Both standards are 86mm shell width (or 'press fit 86mm') but the inside diameter varies (46mm for BB386 vs. 41mm for BB86). So the first step here for you would be to confirm if you have a BB386 or BB86 bottom bracket shell. The easiest way is to look for markings on the currently installed bottom bracket.
(If your bike turns out to have BB386, you can still run Shimano cranks, but it involves some adapter or bespoke BB mess) • • • • •. I went with the FSA K-Force Light 386 EVO Carbon because of 2 reasons: (1) I'm fairly certain I had to stick with FSA if I want the easiest installation and not change the bottom bracket which from youtubing it, seems like a huge pain. I would have preferred getting an Ultegra crankset as well for it to match my ultegra di2 components but I just think it's going to be too hard. So that narrowed it down to FSA cranksets for me.
(2) Among the higher end FSA cranksets, Amazon had a sale for the FSA K-Force Light 386 EVO Carbon for $350 (I believe it was because it was their last one? Not sure exactly. The only bad part is that it is 175 mm which is 2.5 mm longer than my current one but I figure it's negligible). I looked it up and saw good reviews for it and it was cheaper than some of the mid-range FSA cranksets (the Gossamer is low-end). New super mario bros download. So I snagged that one up quickly. Personally, if you want an upgrade among the FSA cranksets, I think the SL-K is what I'd go with (its hollow carbon and anything above that isn't necessary for amateurs like us). Hope that helps!
