If the extension is busy, the operator is released from the call, and the call waits for the extension to get free for a preset number of seconds (for eg 30 seconds).

If the extension is still busy after this time, the call is automatically returned to the operator, who can see that this is a returned call from a busy extension. How would you go about, on a theoretical level, solving this with Asterisk? Would I need to use the predictive call function?
